Paralegal services are supervised by an attorney and are a cost-effective alternative to full representation.

We charge a flat fee for individual documents, so you know what to expect.

  • $1000. Documents will include the Petition, Summons, UTCR 2.130, and Notice of Filing UTCR

    *$301 Filing Fee

  • $1500. Documents will include the Petition, Summons, UTCR 2.130, Notice of Filing UTCR, and proposed Parenting Plan.

    *There is a required $620 Visitor's Fee and $278 Filing Fee as well as fees for personal service that are not included in price shown.
