PARALEGAL SERVICES
What’s the difference between an Attorney and a Paralegal?
You don’t always need an attorney to litigate your case. Litigation can be expensive. A trained and experienced paralegal can help you prepare and file most family law forms, saving you time and money. At Cascades Family Law, you can choose to work exclusively with a paralegal throughout your case, choosing when and if an attorney’s counsel is necessary.
A trained family law paralegal is able to help you with:
Notary and Apostille Services
Document Preparation & Exhibits
Legal Courier Services
E-Filing & Personal Filing Services
Call today for a consultation with an experienced attorney. You can then decide whether you need full representation or paralegal support.
Document Preparation
Paralegal services are supervised by an attorney and are a cost-effective alternative to full representation.
